Draft Horse Pull
The 2nd annual Draft Horse Pull was held in conjuction with a diesel truck and tractor pull on August 16, 2008 at the fairgrounds in Cynthiana Kentucky. There was two classes of horses with 4 teams in the lightweight class and 5 teams in the heavyweight class. The heavyweight teams ranged in weight from 3450 pounds up to 4300 pounds. The heavyweight pull used a "handicap" format with additional weight being added to the sled on each pull for the teams depending on the weight of the team.
